Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 29, 2009, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to direct the parties to pay 50% of the forensic evaluator's fee pending determination of the appeal.
