Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from two decisions and orders of this court both dated July 28, 2009, which determined appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 13, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-00314), and an order of the same court dated May 15, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-05678), respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
