| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by the respondent for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme court in the Second Judicial Department on February 16, 1977, under the name Lawrence Daniel Moringiello. By opinion and order of the Court dated May 2, 1994, he was disbarred upon his resignation and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that the respondent does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
