Application by the third-party defendants-respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 8, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the third-party defendants-respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 14, 2010, and the third-party defendants-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the defendants third-party plaintiffs appellants-respondents to serve and file a brief responding to the appeal of Martinez Cleaning Co., Inc, and replying to the respondents briefs is enlarged until February 19, 2010; and the reply brief of Martinez Cleaning Co., Inc., shall be served and filed on or before March 8, 2010.
