Motion by the appellant pro se for the assignment of counsel to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 12, 2009, to strike a certain affidavit of Joseph R. Faraguna, Esq., filed in connection with a prior motion, and to recuse any Justices of this court who have been involved in any prior motions concerning this appeal from taking part in the determination of this motion or the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
