| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Willie Hobenson on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated November 3, 2008, to enlarge his time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the attorney for the child to direct Milana Tarnavsky to produce the subject child for an interview and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Willie Hobenson's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 4, 2010, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before January 4, 2010, Milana Tarnavsky shall produce the subject child at the offices of the attorney for the child for an interview; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 19, 2010, and the brief of the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
