| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Zahra Assad on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated July 8, 2009, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 14, 2009, as amended November 2, 2009, as conditioned a stay, upon the perfection of her appeal on or before December 2, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this court dated August 14, 2009, as amended November 2, 2009, as conditioned a stay, upon the perfection of Zahra Assad's appeal on or before December 2, 2009, is amended by deleting from the third and fourth decretal paragraphs the date "December 2, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "December 31, 2009."
