On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 15, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant pro se, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered April 3, 2008, is amended by (1) adding to the decretal paragraph thereof the following "; and it is further," and (2) adding the following decretal paragraph:
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
