DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated November 19, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order dated November 19, 2009, is stayed until January 4, 2010, to allow the appellant to make appropriate motions in the courts of the State of Maine (see Domestic Relations Law § 76-c[3]), and the motion is otherwise denied.
