| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 11, 2008, December 12, 2008, and December 18, 2008, respectively, to strike the appellant's briefs, to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file respondent's briefs is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file briefs is enlarged until January 20, 2010, and the respondent's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
