| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 1, 2009, and reinstate an order of the same court dated September 30, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated December 1, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before January 20, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent and the attorney for the child shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before February 3, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before February 10, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
