It is Ordered that the portion of defendant-appellant's motion to stay or quash information subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum issued to various non-parties is denied . That portion of defendant-appellant's motion to vacate the liens on defendant's bank accounts is denied, without prejudice to seeking the relief in the trial court, if so advised.
