| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, in effect, for an expedited briefing schedule and for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 4, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before February 16, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before March 23, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file their reply brief, if any, on or before April 7, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all the briefs have been filed.
