| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Atara Hirsch-Twersky, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 8, 1997, under the name Atara Hirsch, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law back to Atara Hirsch.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Atara Hirsch-Twersky to Atara Hirsch, effective immediately.
