Application by the respondent Perfect Dental, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2008, and July 13, 2009, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated January 21, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Perfect Dental, P.C., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 7, 2010, and the brief of the respondent Perfect Dental, P.C., must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before January 22, 2010.
