Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 17, 2009, for leave to reargue that branch of her prior motion which was to enlarge the record to include certain documents and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated November 19, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
