DECISION

Motion by tenant-appellant for a stay is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers.

Appellant has failed to submit an affidavit of service showing that landlord was served with this motion. Moreover, upon renewal, tenant shall set forth good cause for her failure to comply with the deposit requirement contained in the order to show cause dated November 17, 2009.
