Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 22, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 1, 2010, and the respondents-appellants' brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 67.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before March 8, 2010; the appellant respondent shall serve and file its reply brief on or before April 13, 2010; and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file its reply brief, if any, on or before April 28, 2010.
