Motion by the appellant pro se to for leave to file less than nine copies of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 3, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file the supplemental brief is enlarged until February 9, 2010, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
