Appeal by Dariusz Mazurkiewicz from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 29, 2009. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of John J. Marotta, Esq., dated December 5, 2009, it is
