Application by the respondents Town of Southampton and Superintendent of Highways of Town of Southampton pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents time to serve and file their briefs and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 27, 2008.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until February 6, 2009, and the respondents' briefs, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 26, 2009, and the appellants' reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
