Separate appeals by Chantal Jean G. from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County (one in each proceeding), both dated April 8, 2008. By order to show cause dated December 2, 2008, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the assigned counsel for the appellant and dismissing the appeals. Renewed motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to be relieved. By separate decisions and orders on certification of this court, both dated June 4, 2008, the following attorney was assigned as counsel for the appellant on the separate appeals:
