| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by appellant an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered August 16, 2001, in effect, for summary reversal on the ground that certain transcripts are missing or to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before February 5, 2009, upon papers providing information regarding the status of the sentencing minutes for the proceedings which occurred on August 16, 2001.
