Motion by the appellant Lori Rappaport LaCroix, in effect, for leave to reargue an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated June 16, 2008, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated October 27, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with $100 costs.
