Motion by Roberta Nancy Kaufman, inter alia, to be provided with certain transcripts and correspondence on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 27, 2009, and August 12, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the issues raised were determined by a decision and order of this court dated May 12, 2009, that determined prior appeals docketed under Docket Nos. 2008-01274 and 2008-01889 (see Frankson v Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp., ___ AD3d ___ [Sept. 29, 2009]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
