Motion by John P. Savoca, Esq., on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered April 1, 2003, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated June 17, 2008, to be relieved of an assignment to make any motions deemed appropriate with respect to the decision and order of this court dated June 17, 2008, including a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the said decision and order of this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and John P. Savoca, Esq., P.O. Box 531 Yorktown Heights, New York 10598, is relieved of the assignment.
