Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 12, 2008, and April 1, 2009, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order dated April 1, 2009, and to release the appellant from placement at Children's Village and parole him to his parents pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.
