Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 25, 2008, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated December 15, 2009, to stay enforcement of the judgment entered August 25, 2008, pending determination of their motion for leave to reargue the appeal or for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order dated December 15, 2009.
