| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 7, 2009, to stay enforcement of that order as well as an order of the same court dated May 6, 2009, pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the order dated December 7, 2009, and the order dated May 6, 2009, and for poor person and the assignment of counsel with respect to the order dated December 7, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to appeal to this court from the order dated December 7, 2009, and to stay enforcement of the orders are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person and the assignment of counsel with respect to the order dated December 7, 2009 is denied as academic.
