ORDER ON CERTIFICATION

Appeal by Franklin Mitchetti from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated July 7, 2009. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Stanley M. Wayne, Esq., dated December 21, 2009, it is
