DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals and to consolidate.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated July 16, 2008 and April 9, 2009 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeals is extended to March 1, 2010. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect said appeals will be granted. It is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate appeals taken by notices of appeal dated April 9, 2009 and November 16, 2009 in Deep v Duker and November 16, 2009 in Deep v Bois with the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated July 16, 2008 and April 9, 2009 in the current case is denied, without costs.
