Motion by Bixby, Crable & Stiglmeier, PLLC for leave to withdraw as attorneys for appellant on the appeal from the order of the Family Court, Albany County, entered May 28, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until the expiration of 30 days from the date of this decision and order, which shall be mailed to appellant by the Clerk of the Court and shall constitute notice to appellant to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321(c) or to proceed representing herself on the appeal.
