On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 8, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which assigned new counsel to represent the respondent Leonard H., on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 21, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph the address "10 Bond Street, Suite 300, Great Neck, New York 11021" and substituting therefor the address "475 Park Avenue South, 33rd Floor, New York, New York 10016."
