Brodsky, and Alan Schuller, and the respondents Hollace Jackson and Hollace Jackson M.D., F.A.C.O.G., P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge their time to serve and file their briefs on appeals from an order and two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 10, 2009, August 24, 2009, and October 28, 2009, respectively.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until February 8, 2010, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
