| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 1, 2009, in effect, for leave to reargue those branches of his prior motion which were to waive the filing fee, for free transcripts, and for the assignment of counsel. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated November 13, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
