Application by the respondents-appellants Bedford-Williamsburg Medical Group, and Philipe Jean Day pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents-appellants time to serve and file answering briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file answering briefs is enlarged until February 26, 2010, and the respondents-appellants' answering briefs, including the points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 67.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents time to serve and file their brief is enlarged until February 26, 2010.
