In the Matter of Sigal Genzen, respondent,

v Samuel Genzen, appellant.

(Docket No. O-1212-09)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, both dated November 2, 2009, to stay enforcement of the order directing him to enroll in a 26-week domestic violence program at the Volunteer Counseling Service of Rockland County, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant is directed to enroll in the 26-week domestic violence program, but his obligation to attend that program is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.

SKELOS, J.P., ANGIOLILLO, BALKIN and LOTT, JJ., concur.
