On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 4, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on appeals from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, all rendered April 2, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "County Court, Suffolk County" and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Queens County."
