| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the sale of certain real property pending hearing and determination of appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 6, 2008, September 15, 2008, January 27, 2009, March 16, 2009, and June 15, 2009, respectively, and an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 9, 2009, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
