Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jamie Hamed, sworn to November 19, 2009, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Vera K. Hurlburt, sworn to January 6, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion which includes an affidavit that sets forth appellant's gross monthly income from all sources and addresses the allegations contained in the affidavit of Vera K. Hurlburt, sworn to January 6, 2010.
