Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 22, 2009, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion to vacate a certain judgment, restrain certain collection activities, and direct the return of certain money, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated October 29, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
