Motion by the respondent Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education to admit pro hac vice Douglas Raymond Carlson, an attorney in good standing in the State of Illinois, to represent the respondent Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 6, 2008.
