| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 30, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until February 23, 2010, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
We note that any attorney representing the appellant must be in compliance with 22 NYCRR 118.1 regarding registration of attorneys and must have an office for the practice of law in New York State (see Judiciary Law § 470).
