On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 6, 2010, in the above-entitled case, which granted a motion by the defendant, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered May 18, 2006, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "June 17, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "May 18, 2006".
