It is Ordered that the tenants-appellants' motion for a stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction is granted on condition that the appeal is perfect by the May 2010 term - the filing deadline is March 9, 2010. In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction. The motion insofar as it seeks to stay the attorneys' fees hearing that has already commenced is denied..
