| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to extend her time to make a motion for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered June 26, 2007, which was determined by opinion and order of this court dated September 29, 2009, and to extend her time to make a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the respondent's time to make a motion for leave to reargue the appeal is granted and the respondent's time to make such a motion is extended until January 27, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the respondent's time to make a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied (see CPLR 5513).
