On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 14, 2010, in the above-entitled case, which assigned new counsel to the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered January 17, 2008, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the name "Coral Kahn", and substituting therefor the name "Carol Kahn".
