On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 15, 2010, in the above-entitled case, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 14, 2009, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 1, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "February 8, 2010".
