Motion by appellant to: (1) relieve assigned appellate counsel; (2) withdraw the brief filed by said counsel; (3) proceed pro se; (4) be provided with a copy of the transcripts of the lower court proceedings; (5) extend the time to perfect the appeal; and (6) for any other relief the court deems proper.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, including an affirmation that appellant has been provided a copy of the transcripts, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied in all respects and the time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief is extended to March 15, 2010.
