| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 19, 2009, and for leave to file only one copy of the record or appendix and their brief.
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge time is granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 26, 2010, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is for leave to file only one copy of the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief is denied without prejudice to making a motion for leave to proceed on the original papers.
